Robinson, after having successfully filled the posts of President of the Government of Montserrat, Lieutenant Governor of St. Christopher, and Acting Governor of the Leeward Islands, Her Majesty has now been pleased to promote him to be Governor of Hong Kong, and this would seem to be a fitting occasion to honor him with some mark of Her Royal favor.
